Upon your contacting us (use our online form or just give us a call at 770.614.0000), we will arrange a time to meet you at your boat for an initial consultation. At that time, we'll spend some time getting to know your boat, taking quality digital photos and offering our professional estimate of your boat's value, as well as making suggestions as to things you can do to help sell your boat.
If you decide to sell your houseboat through THBS, we'll create a custom flyer detailing all your boat has to offer. We'll create a custom page on our site advertising your houseboat and will get your boat featured in Boat Trader Magazine, Boat Trader Online, Lakeside News, Boats.com, our popular Waterfront Views publication and more. All other boats are listed on our site, as well as at Boat Trader Online and Boats.com!
Selling your boat has never been easier. When potential buyers inquire about your boat, it will be our phones ringing, our emails corresponding and our time spent. All you have to do is sit back and let us handle the work. When we do find a serious prospective buyer, we'll give you a courtesy call at least 30 minutes prior to showing. You don't have to lift a finger.
One of the services we provide in showing your boat, which we doubt you would receive showing your own boat, is a feedback report from the potential buyers. We'll encourage folks to be forthcoming in telling us both what they like and don't like about your boat, what types of details really make or break a sale for them. Following each showing, we'll pass this information along to you. This type knowledge is golden when optimizing the presentation of your boat for buyers.
And, finally, we'll coordinate the closing process, helping you to secure financing, boater's insurance and all the other necessities required to get you on the water.
